StaffSync (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of our customers and their employees. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data submitted through our platform.
Data We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide workforce management services, including: employee names, contact details, work schedules, GPS clock-in coordinates, leave requests, and documents uploaded by your organization.
How We Use Your Data
Data is used exclusively to deliver the features of the StaffSync platform to your organization. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required to operate our infrastructure (AWS, SES) or as mandated by law.
Data Isolation
Each organization's data is isolated using organization-scoped database queries and per-organization AWS KMS encryption keys. No cross-organization data access is possible by design.
Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by applicable law.
