By accessing or using the StaffSync platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Use of Services
StaffSync grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your organization's internal workforce management purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the platform to provide competing services.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to the admin portal, and complying with applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLA terms.
Limitation of Liability
StaffSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
